By downloading, installing, or using any application published by GeoSaffer ("we", "us", or "our") (collectively, the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.
GeoSaffer develops and publishes applications available across multiple platforms, including the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and the web. Our Apps span a range of categories including utilities, tools, games, and more. Each App's specific functionality is described on its respective store listing or product page.
Our Apps carry age ratings as assigned by the applicable app store platform. By using any App, you confirm that you meet the age requirements shown in that App's store listing. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the App.

Certain Apps (such as Bluetooth Thermometer and Bluetooth LE Thermometer) require connection to external hardware devices. We do not guarantee compatibility with all Bluetooth devices. You are responsible for ensuring your hardware meets the requirements described in each App's listing or documentation. Inaccurate readings or connectivity issues caused by third-party hardware are not our responsibility.
Certain Apps (such as Outing Tracker and GeoAccurator) access your device's GPS and location services. By using these Apps, you consent to the collection and processing of location data as described in our Privacy Policy. Location accuracy depends on your device hardware and environmental conditions; we make no guarantees regarding GPS accuracy.
Some of our Apps contain advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. Certain Apps may also offer in-app purchases. All in-app purchases are processed through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to that store's refund policies.
All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials within the Apps are the intellectual property of GeoSaffer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Our Apps may connect to or rely on third-party services (such as game servers, Bluetooth protocols, or mapping services). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party service. Your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
Our Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoSaffer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Apps, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms at this URL. Your continued use of the Apps following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
